- 1. Unzip the front zipper fully. Open from top to bottom before stepping in — do not force the zipper with the garment on the body.
- 2. Step in feet-first. Pull the garment up from the legs, smoothing Dynamic® fabric upward with flat palms to eliminate any gathering.
- 3. Slide arms into the short sleeves. Smooth fabric along the arms and underarms before positioning the built-in bra.
- 4. Position the built-in bra. Adjust cup placement for comfortable bust support — no separate bra required.
- 5. Close the front zipper. Zip upward smoothly. Then fasten the hook closure at the desired adjustment level.
- 6. Wear as directed by surgeon or as needed for everyday shaping. Low-medium compression is suitable for extended daily wear.
- ★ Fitting tip for practitioners: The outside zipper makes dressing and undressing easy for post-surgical patients with limited mobility. Adjust the hook closure to the loosest setting initially and progress as swelling reduces.
- Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, or machine wash delicate in a mesh bag (max 30°C / 86°F)
- Air dry flat or hang — never tumble dry, heat degrades Powernet™ compression integrity
- Do not iron or dry clean
- Do not bleach — use only color-safe, non-enzymatic detergents
- Store folded to preserve compression panel shape
- Replace every 3–4 months with regular daily use, or as compression visibly diminishes
- Recommend patients purchase two units for daily rotation during washing cycles
