Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.

  • If an item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll email you with an updated ship date or alternatives.

  • Check your package by putting your Tracking Number on the official USPS site: Track Your Order


Shipping Options & Carriers

  • We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Available options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address.

  • Standard: 3–7 business days (varies by carrier and destination).

  • Expedited (when available): 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam may take longer.

 

Free Shipping:

Free standard shipping on all orders over $100. Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • You’ll receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships.

  • If you don’t receive tracking within 48 hours of your confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us.


Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your address and ZIP code are correct. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incomplete or incorrect information.

  • Address changes are only possible before the shipping confirmation is issued.


“Delivered” but Not Received

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive the package:

  • 1) Check with neighbors/building reception; 2) Allow 24 hours; 3) Contact the carrier with the tracking number; 4) Email us at contact@nogacurves.com with your order number.


Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

  • Packages returned due to incorrect address, refusal or unclaimed delivery may incur reship fees. We’ll contact you to re-schedule shipment.


Multiple Addresses & Split Shipments

  • We ship each order to one address. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders. Some orders may ship in partial shipments at no extra cost; you’ll receive tracking for each parcel.


Shipping Zones

  • We currently ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam.

  • For wholesale operations, we have a presence in the majority of places around the world.
