- 1. Open all hook rows fully. Unfasten front and back hooks before putting on — both the front closure and back row should be open.
- 2. Step in or slide on. Place the bra around the torso, positioning the front panel over the chest and treated areas.
- 3. Fasten the back hooks first. Start at the loosest row during early post-op days, ensuring the bra band sits flat across the back without folding.
- 4. Fasten the front hooks. Close from bottom to top at the loosest setting. The wire-free construction allows the panel to conform to the treated area without pressure points.
- 5. Adjust the silicone hem. Smooth it flat against the lower ribcage to prevent rolling during the day.
- 6. Progress hook rows as swelling reduces. Transition to tighter rows on both front and back as directed by the surgeon — typically at weeks 2 and 4 post-surgery.
- ★ Fitting tip for practitioners: The dual front and back hook system allows independent adjustment of chest and back compression — useful when anterior swelling resolves faster than posterior. Fit the bra during the post-operative appointment to ensure proper panel alignment over incision sites.
- Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, or machine wash delicate in a mesh bag (max 30°C / 86°F)
- Air dry flat or hang — never tumble dry, heat degrades Powernet™ compression integrity
- Do not iron or dry clean
- Do not bleach — use only color-safe, non-enzymatic detergents
- Store folded to preserve compression panel shape
- Replace every 3–4 months with regular daily use, or as compression visibly diminishes
- Recommend patients purchase two units for daily rotation during washing cycles

What procedures is the PB103 designed for?
The PB103 is designed for post-surgical recovery following breast augmentation, breast reduction, mastopexy (breast lift), and upper body liposuction. Its wire-free design protects sensitive breast tissue and incision areas, while the three rows of adjustable buckles provide progressive compression fit throughout the recovery period.
What is the advantage of three rows of buckles vs a standard bra closure?
Three rows of adjustable buckles on both the front and back allow precise, independent adjustment of compression as post-surgical swelling changes. Early recovery requires the loosest row; as swelling reduces over weeks 2–4, patients progress to tighter rows. This eliminates the need to purchase multiple garment sizes during recovery and ensures consistent therapeutic compression throughout healing.
What is the minimum order quantity and how does pricing work?
The minimum order quantity for the PB103 is 60 units at $28.00/unit. Pricing decreases progressively at 240, 500, and 720 units ($23.00/unit best value). For orders of 1,000+ units, contact us for a custom quote. A mix of sizes and colors counts toward your total quantity.
