- 1. Unzip and open fully. Open the outside front zipper from top to bottom before stepping in.
- 2. Step in feet-first. Pull upward gently from the legs, smoothing Powernet™ fabric with flat palms to eliminate gathering over treated areas.
- 3. Position the open gusset. Align anatomically — the open gusset provides restroom access and avoids direct pressure on the gluteal area during BBL recovery.
- 4. Close the front zipper. Zip upward smoothly, then fasten the 3-hook closure at the loosest setting during early recovery days.
- 5. Avoid sitting directly on the garment. During BBL recovery, patients must use a BBL pillow when seated — the P744 is designed to complement this protocol.
- 6. Wear as directed by surgeon — typically 22–23 hours daily during the recovery period. Progress hook closure as swelling reduces.
