- Post-surgical patients requiring firm abdominal compression with open-bust flexibility
- 1. Step in feet-first. Begin with the garment inside-out. Gently roll upward from the legs without pulling on the Powernet™ compression panels.
- 2. Position the perineal zipper. Align anatomically before adjusting the torso section upward.
- 3. Pull the bodice upward. Align the compression panels with the treated areas on the abdomen and flanks. Smooth any folds with flat palms.
- 4. Fasten the 3-hook row first. Start at the loosest setting during early post-op days. As swelling reduces, transition to the 2-hook row for a firmer fit.
- 5. Put on your bra. The open-bust design accepts any bra style — fit over the garment straps for all-day support.
- 6. Wear 22–23 hours daily during recovery unless otherwise directed by the attending physician.
- ★ Fitting tip for practitioners: Begin with the 3-hook closure at the loosest setting immediately post-op. Progress to tighter hooks and then the 2-hook row as the patient's swelling resolves over weeks 2–4.
- Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, or machine wash delicate in a mesh bag (max 30°C / 86°F)
- Air dry flat or hang — never tumble dry, heat degrades Powernet™ compression integrity
- Do not iron or dry clean
- Do not bleach — use only color-safe, non-enzymatic detergents
- Store folded to preserve compression panel shape
- Replace every 3–4 months with regular daily use, or as compression visibly diminishes
- Recommend patients purchase two units for daily rotation during washing cycles

What procedures is the P128 designed for?
The P128 is designed for post-operative recovery following liposuction, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), and BBL procedures. Its half-leg cut and Powernet™ medical-grade compression make it ideal for cases requiring firm abdominal and flank support. The open-bust design provides flexibility for patients who prefer to choose their own bra during recovery.
What is the difference between the 2-hook and 3-hook closure rows?
The P128 features two rows of hook closures to accommodate the body's changing shape throughout recovery. The 3-hook row offers a looser fit for the early post-operative days when swelling is greatest. As swelling reduces over weeks 2–4, patients can transition to the 2-hook row for firmer, more targeted compression. Both rows are adjustable within themselves.
What is the minimum order quantity and how does pricing work?
The minimum order quantity for the P128 is 60 units at $40.00/unit. Pricing decreases progressively at 240, 500, and 720 units ($33.00/unit best value). For orders of 1,000+ units, contact us for a custom quote. A mix of sizes and colors counts toward your total quantity.
