- 1. Step in feet-first. Begin with the garment inside-out. Gently roll upward from the legs — do not pull or tug on the compression panels.
- 2. Position the perineal zipper. Align it anatomically before adjusting the torso section.
- 3. Pull the bodice upward. Align the Powernet™ compression panels with the treated surgical areas on the abdomen and flanks.
- 4. Slide into the sleeves. Smooth any fabric folds around the armpits and upper arms before fastening.
- 5. Fasten hooks bottom-to-top. Start at the loosest hook setting during the first post-op days. Tighten progressively as swelling reduces.
- 6. Wear 22–23 hours daily during Stage 2 recovery unless otherwise directed by the attending physician.
- ★ Fitting tip for practitioners: Ensure compression panels align with treated areas and the back support panel is centered on the lumbar region during the post-operative fitting appointment.
- Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent, or machine wash delicate in a mesh bag (max 30°C / 86°F)
- Air dry flat or hang — never tumble dry, heat degrades Powernet™ compression integrity
- Do not iron or dry clean
- Do not bleach — use only color-safe, non-enzymatic detergents
- Store folded to preserve compression panel shape
- Replace every 3–4 months with regular daily use, or as compression visibly diminishes
- Recommend patients purchase two units for daily rotation during washing cycles

What procedures is the P101 designed for?
The P101 Full Body Post-Op Faja is designed for recovery after liposuction, Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), arm lift (brachioplasty), and C-section procedures. Its full-body coverage — integrated bra, long legs, and pre-elbow sleeves — makes it ideal for cases where multiple body areas are treated simultaneously.
What is the difference between Stage 1 and Stage 2 compression?
Stage 1 garments are softer and used immediately post-surgery (days 1–7) when tissue is most sensitive and swollen. Stage 2 garments like the P101 offer firmer compression, worn from approximately week 2 onward, providing sustained pressure to shape results, reduce fibrosis, and support long-term healing. Your surgeon's protocol determines the transition timing.
What is the minimum order quantity and how does pricing work?
The minimum order quantity for the P101 is 60 units at $58.00/unit. Pricing decreases progressively at 240, 500, and 720 units ($48.00/unit best value). For orders of 1,000+ units, contact us for a custom quote. A mix of sizes and colors counts toward your total quantity.
