- 1. Open the 3-hook closure fully. Unfasten all hooks before putting on — do not stretch over the head, as this distorts the compression panels.
- 2. Slide arms into the half sleeves. Insert each arm gently, smoothing Powernet™ fabric upward from wrist to shoulder without bunching near the axillary area.
- 3. Position the bra across the chest. Align the compression panel at the front with the treated chest and underarm areas.
- 4. Smooth the back support panel. Ensure the structured panel sits centered on the lumbar and mid-back region before fastening.
- 5. Fasten hooks from bottom to top. Start at the loosest setting during early post-op days. Tighten progressively as swelling reduces over recovery weeks.
- 6. Wear as directed by surgeon — typically 22–23 hours daily during arm lift or upper body recovery.
- ★ Fitting tip for practitioners: Confirm the anti-slip silicone sits flat against the torso without folding. The half arm sleeves should end mid-forearm for optimal compression on the brachioplasty incision line.
